Dominique Fisher
Dominique bringing with her significant experience gained in information technology and telecommunications, electronic commerce, commercialisation of new technologies and the development and implementation of business strategy across a range of industries including roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman.
Dominique is currently the Executive Chairman of Helix Digital Pty Ltd, Chairman of Circadian Technologies Ltd (CIR) and Chairman of Sky Technologies Pty Ltd and the Australia Council Dance Board. She is also a board member of property developer Leakes Rd Rockbank Pty Ltd, the Australian Council of Arts and the Prostrate Cancer Foundation of Victoria. She also runs her own business EC Strategies Pty Ltd.
Dominique has previously been a non-executive director of Insurance Australian Group Ltd (IAG) and its predecessor companies for eight years and has also served on the Board of Pacific Brands. She is a past member of the advisory board to the Minister for Information Technology and Communications and a director of the Malthouse Theatre, Sydney Opera House Trust and a wide range of other community organisations.
Marc Phillips
Marc is the founder/CEO of SearchForecast. Previously, he was founder/CEO of APT Strategies which sold to Nasdaq listed Jupiter Research in 1999. Marc was a founding shareholder of Australia’s leading affiliate company Commission Monster and initial shareholder of Viva9, a provider of ad-serving technologies, both acquired by Blue Freeway Ltd. Marc was a founding shareholder of GlanceGuide in 2007 which Nielsen acquired in 2010.
Now based in San Francisco, Marc Philips works with various startup companies in both Australia and Silicon Valley. Marc holds advisory and board positions in GeoDelic, Localyte, Sonim Technologies and AdSemble as well as Web IP.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Commerce, has authored 8 books and is an authorized representative to provide financial advice on securities and managed funds. Marc is a sought after speaker at international conferences and has been a guest speaker at Stanford University.
David Gee
David is an experienced CIO and joined KPMG Australia in 2010, David had previously served as CIO for Eli Lilly USA . In this role he was responsible for Strategic IT direction for this large organisation and was accountable for a US$60m budget, with 165 staff and 150+ contract staff.
He has been CIO for organisations from $12m to $12B in sales and has extensive experience in Asia Pacific and Japan having worked as an expatriate in Shanghai, Hong Kong and in Japan. For Eli Lilly he has been CIO Lilly Japan, CIO Lilly Asia Pacific and CIO Lilly Greater China. During this time he has been responsible for some significant transformation efforts
David has been responsible for a number of major transformations; this includes: Pioneer Concrete Project 2000 which was a $30M business reengineering program. And while at Lilly the OneLilly Global CRM program which started in Japan when he was CIO. In addition, David completed a significant $65m customer transformation program for Eli Lilly USA.
David’s reputation is for high energy, strategic thinking and ability to deliver value. He is a past Global Advisory Board member of ORACLE Siebel Global Life Sciences and HP Personal Systems. He has been international conference speaker on eBusiness and IT Strategy & Alignment in the USA, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
David is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has served on the HP Personal Systems, Nokia and Oracle Siebel Strategy Advisory Board
Rachael Dalton
Rachael has over 10 years experience in the ICT sector and is currently the Chief Information Officer at Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute. Through Rachael’s previous consulting experience, concentrate on the NFP and NGO industries, set her up for the vast range of challenges that face the CIO role in a health promotions charity and medical research institute. She has shaped the ICT strategy of her growing organisation, provides strategic IT advice to subsidiaries and commercialisation start-ups and has recently finalised the merger of the ICT function of two institutes. Recently, Rachael and her institute successfully lobbied a major international software vendor – a success that will be felt across all medical research institutes in Australia.
Rachael is a committee member for Go Girl Go for IT – a Vic ICT for Women event for high school aged girls aimed at breaking down the barriers and myths around working in technology that showcases the enormous opportunities such a career can provide for young women.
Bryn Hughes
Bryn brings a significant depth of knowledge and experience in complex B2B sales and senior sales leadership. Bryn has driven and facilitated over 36 sales transformation projects in Australia, across organisations such as Amcor, Shell, ANZ Bank, Macquarie Telecom, Boom Logistics, Applied Bio Systems and George Weston Foods.
Previously a Principle for Huthwaite APAC (the originators of SPIN Selling) and Head of Sales Practice at BTS, Bryn has captured the attention of senior leadership teams in banking and finance, packaging, engineering, manufacturing and information technology by helping them to redefine how they sell their products and services in today’s competitive market.
